The A+ Foundation for West Aurora Schools is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization committed to respecting the privacy of our donors. Your confidence in us is essential to the work we do on behalf of the West Aurora school community. We take your right to privacy very seriously and understand that your providing personal information to us is an act of trust.
How Information is Used - The A+ Foundation for West Aurora Schools uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, communicate back to you, and update you on our work. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained.
Personal Information - The A+ Foundation for West Aurora Schools will not sell, rent, lease or otherwise give your personal information to other organizations. We define “personal information” as information that can be used to distinguish, identify or contact a specific individual. It does not include publicly available information such as business contact information, names, addresses, and telephone numbers as published in public sources, such as telephone directories. Alumni Information - The A+ Foundation for West Aurora Schools will share updated alumni contact information with authorized volunteers who organize class reunions recognized by the alumni association, which is part of the A+ Foundation for West Aurora Schools.
Anonymous Donations - The A+ Foundation for West Aurora Schools will assure you that the identity of all our donors will be kept confidential if donors indicate to us that they wish to remain anonymous.
Removing Your Name From Our Mailing List - It is our desire not to send unwanted mail or e-mail to our donors. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing or e-mail list. You may also contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list or e-mail list but still would like to be contacted about reunions.
